Everyone looks great in tailor made clothing. We at Just Make it Sew want you to look your best and we believe that given some basic instruction, you can begin sewing great looking -- and superbly fitting -- clothing. And, clothing that you make yourself can be made for a fraction of what designer shops or tailors will charge.
To get you started -- or help you along -- Just Make it Sew has a variety of opportunities for you to learn to make your own clothing, take your sewing to the next level or learn garment contruction and fitting. You can choose from individual lessons, to classes and workshops, to summer sewing camps, to group meetings. This page offers you a variety of opportunities to learn and grow in your sewing skill.

Individual Lessons
Interested in learning how to sew? Want to brush up on you skills? Need to learn a new technique? In addition to our regular classes and workshops, Just Make it Sew offers a variety of group or individual lessons for all ages, from beginning to advanced. Lessons can be scheduled for one or two hour blocks of time and you can sign up for one lesson or a block of lessons. Click here for a full list of our individual lesson options.

Summer Camps
One of the highlights of the year for younger sewists is our JMIS summer sewing camps.
Camps at Just Make it Sew run from Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and focus on an introduction to fashion, learning to sew or expanding sewing skills. It's a great opportunity to learn valuable skills, have loads of fun and make new friends. Many young people can't wait to sign up and come back year after year after year. We accept children ages 8 to 17 and limit camp size to maximize individual instruction.
